Research has proven that if you can conceive an idea, you can achieve it. Money, Love, Power, Success, Great health, the Dream Life, anything! Anybody can do it by focusing their thoughts and creative energy to overcome obstacles and negative mind patterns and manifest their dream life. On the other hand, if you bring doubt, fear and worry into your life, good things will rarely happen from this mindset.
Often though, people never achieve by actually following through on the great ideas they have (like writing a book or starting a business or saving for that holiday or house). Stuff happens, I was too busy at work, paying the bills, raising a family, the wife would’nt let me, I was too tired, the dog got run over etc. You name it!

The list of thoughts of “why not to achieve” becomes more powerful than thoughts of “ways to achieve”.

Why does this happen for many people ? What is the missing link between conceiving and achieving ? The answer is simple: it’s “believing” .

Anyway believing is the key to changing the mindset that will allow you to achieve. If your subconscious brain is running thought patterns of self sabotage conflicting with thoughts you would like to achieve on a conscious level. Achieving those conscious thoughts becomes virtually impossible.
So one need to align one’s subconcious thoughts with one’s conscious in order to break through the self sabotage… yeah, that’s a big word!
